Position: Customer Support Executive
Job Location: Urbtech Trade Centre, Sector 132, Noida
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and provide support through voice calls and chat.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow up with customers and provide timely assistance.

Requirements

Average communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Ability to handle customer calls and chat support.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and problem-solving skills.
