We are seeking a Customer Support Executive with exceptional communication skills to effectively and professionally handle customer queries. The role involves voice/non-voice support, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Requirements:Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to work night shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM)Ability to handle pressure and provide timely resolutions. Prior customer service experience is a plus
