Job Description

Job Role:

We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive to help our clients with their queries and provide excellent service via calls, emails, and chat.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries over phone, chat, and email
  • Provide correct information about our services
  • Solve basic issues or forward to the right team
  • Keep records of customer conversations
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

  • Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Gujarati)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
  • Calm, patient, and helpful attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
