Job Summary: As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in a timely and professional manner. Issue Resolution: Identify, investigate, and resolve customer issues or complaints efficiently and accurately. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and guidance. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve products, services, and customer experience. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved and feedback is communicated effectively. Training: Participate in training programs to stay updated on product changes, service techniques, and company policies. Performance Metrics: Achieve individual and team performance goals, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
