Job Description

As a candidate for the position at CAMS (Computer Age Management Services) located in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, you will be part of a dynamic team operating in day shift (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM) for 6 days a week with Sundays off. The company is seeking individuals with 0-3 years of experience and a mandatory graduation qualification below 30 years of age. **Key Responsibilities:** - Make inbound/outbound calls to customers for insurance/mutual fund collections and support - Maintain call documentation and perform MIS reporting - Escalate unresolved issues and ensure adherence to quality standards **Eligibility & Skills:** - Bachelors degree in any discipline with freshers also welcome - Proficiency in English and Hindi communication - Age under 30 years In terms of compensation, the salary range for this position is between 16,000 to 18,000 per month with benefits including Provident Fund. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates. Please note that the work location is in person at the Turbhe office of CAMS.
