As a Customer Support Executive, your role involves providing excellent customer service by utilizing your strong communication skills and thought process. You will be responsible for upselling and cross-selling products or services to customers. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support with a focus on upselling and cross-selling - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Work on rotational shifts with rotational offs - Utilize your communication skills to effectively engage with customers - Meet targets for sales and customer satisfaction Qualifications Required: - A Bachelor's degree is required - Proficiency in English language is a must The company offers a competitive salary of 30k-35k CTC with incentives, along with commuter assistance, food, paid sick time, and Provident Fund benefits. The job is full-time with 5 days working and cab facility provided for both sides. The work location is in Gurugram.
