Experience: 0-2 yrs only Skills required - Manage customer life cycle by responding to customer queries and issues over call/email/chat - Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions - Ensure 100% Customer Satisfaction by resolving issues and complaints to Customers Satisfaction - Should have the ability to adapt/respond to different scenarios related to order - Multilingual languages (Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam or Kannada) are required along with English & Tamil.
