Experience: 1–3 Years (Chat Process)
Education: 12th Pass to Postgraduate
Gender: Male & Female
Age Limit: Up to 30 Years
Industry: Diagnostics / Lab Services / Customer Support
Are you a great communicator who loves helping people and solving problems through written communication?Join our team as a Customer Chat Support Executive and be the trusted support voice (and text!) for customers after they book diagnostic services.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle real-time customer queries via chat
Assist with test details, order updates & booking queries
Escalate complex issues where necessary
Communicate clearly and professionally
Log all chats & updates in CRM
Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Strong written communication skills
Familiarity with CRM/chat tools
Calm, empathetic & multitasking ability
Experience in chat support or healthcare is a plus
CTC Structure: Fixed: Up to ₹4.00 LPA
Variable: Up to ₹70,000 per annum
Total Potential CTC: ₹4.70 LPA
