Job Description

You will be working as a Customer Support- Chat & Email at HNR Tech, where you will guide customers through their inquiries and provide top-tier customer service. Your responsibilities will include being a self-learner, having strong communication skills, making independent decisions, and meeting deadlines. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred, along with familiarity with CRM systems and online chat tools. **Key Responsibilities:** - Engage with customers via live chat and emails to provide accurate and detailed information about products and services. - Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by understanding their needs and offering suitable recommendations. - Process orders efficiently and manage customer interactions professionally. - Handle multiple chat and email conversations simultaneously while maintaining high service quality. - Resolve customer concerns with a focus on satisfaction and collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies. - Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and maintain detailed records of customer interactions. **Qualifications Required:** - Must have worked for a US-based process for a minimum of 30 months. - Strong verbal and written English communication skills. - Educational background as 10+2+3 throughout English Medium. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and analytical problem-solving abilities. - Ability to make independent decisions, attention to detail, and adherence to quality guidelines. - Experience in a high-volume environment is preferred. - Availability for any 5 days a week, including peak seasons like Black Friday/Thanksgiving week. The job is based in Vasai, Mumbai, Maharashtra, with headquarters in Matunga, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The work hours are in the US shift timing, with flexibility in the schedule.
