Customer Support Executive - Chat & Email

You will be working as a Customer Support- Chat & Email at HNR Tech, where you will guide customers through their inquiries and provide top-tier customer service. Your responsibilities will include being a self-learner, having strong communication skills, making independent decisions, and meeting deadlines. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred, along with familiarity with CRM systems and online chat tools. **Key Responsibilities:** - Engage with customers via live chat and emails to provide accurate and detailed information about products and services. - Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by understanding their needs and offering suitable recommendations. - Process orders efficiently and manage customer interactions professionally. - Handle multiple chat and email conversations simultaneously while maintaining high service quality. - Resolve customer concerns with a focus on satisfaction and collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies. - Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and maintain detailed records of customer interactions. **Qualifications Required:** - Must have worked for a US-based process for a minimum of 30 months. - Strong verbal and written English communication skills. - Educational background as 10+2+3 throughout English Medium. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and analytical problem-solving abilities. - Ability to make independent decisions, attention to detail, and adherence to quality guidelines. - Experience in a high-volume environment is preferred. - Availability for any 5 days a week, including peak seasons like Black Friday/Thanksgiving week.
