Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our voice process in Noida. Freshers and undergraduate candidates with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls and resolve queries.
Provide accurate information and maintain customer satisfaction.
Update customer details in the system.
Follow company policies and quality standards.

Requirements:

Good verbal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable with rotational shifts.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary & Benefits:

Up to ₹25,000 monthly in-hand.
Incentives and training opportunities as applicable.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
