Roles & Responsibilties

Customer Support

Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Manage customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up on outstanding issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues requiring escalation or coordination across multiple departments.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions using CRM software.

Compliance Management

Manage overall compliance of gas stations with the State Regulatory Authority (SRA).
Collect required paperwork through emails and calls from various stakeholders, including clients, and submit it to the SRA.
Ensure compliance deadlines are met.
Schedule testing, repairs, and maintenance.
Analyze compliance-related data and maintain accurate records.
Conduct sales and cold calling to prospective customers as part of the role.

Shift Hours

Based on the US time zone.
