Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Previous experience in customer service or support is a plus

Key Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
• Ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism and patience
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service
• Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system
• Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service processes
• Identify and report recurring issues to management for resolution
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
• Assist in creating customer support documentation and FAQs
