Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated recent graduates from any educational background to join our team as Customer Support Executives. Candidates should have good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Assist customers with order status, product information, and complaints.
Maintain customer records and update CRM data.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Follow up with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

Recent graduates from any stream can apply.
Experience: 0–1 year; freshers are welcome.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
