Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive-BPO located in the Greater Jaipur Area. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing online support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include handling technical support requests, resolving customer issues efficiently, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• International Voice Process - Customer Support
• Any Grad / UG With Good Comms With 6 Months BPO Exp
• immediate joiner
• Skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in providing Online Support and Technical Support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Previous experience in a BPO environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any related field is preferred
