**Job Description** Join the team as a full-time Onsite Customer Support Engineer in Pune/Mumbai (m/f/d) and shape the utilities market of the future with Cuculus. As an Onsite Customer Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support in the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) domain. Your responsibilities will include understanding smart metering, AMI, Head-End Systems (HES), Meter Data Management Systems (MDMS), and Workforce Management (WFM) for daily support activities. You will also be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for customer-reported issues, adhering to support workflows, logging and tracking customer issues, and resolving issues on-site to ensure continuity of utility services with minimal disruption. **Key Responsibilities:** - Technical Knowledge: Understand smart metering, AMI, HES, MDMS, and WFM for daily support activities. - Customer Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to customer-reported issues and escalate unresolved issues. - Support Workflow Adherence: Work within established support workflows and processes for efficient resolution. - Ticketing Systems: Log, update, and track customer issues using tools like Jira, Zoho Desk, or Freshdesk. - Off-Hours Support: Be available for customer support outside of regular business hours as needed. - Documentation & Reporting: Use MS Office tools effectively for communication and report generation. - Communication: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - On-Site Issue Resolution: Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues on-site for minimal disruption. **Required Skills:** - Basic knowledge of AMI systems and components. - Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. - Familiarity with customer support tools and issue tracking systems. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Willingness to travel or work on-site. **Qualification Required:** - Graduate degree in Electronics, Electrical Computer Science & Engineering. - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and at least one Computer Operating System. - Ability to work in a team, keen eye for error identification, and problem-solving. - Good presentation and report writing skills. **About Cuculus:** Cuculus, along with its international partner network, provides cutting-edge software and technology solutions for utilities.
