Customer Support Engineer

You will be responsible for troubleshooting, installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial automation systems. It is important to maintain communication with customers to ensure proper resolution and follow-up. You will be required to draft and submit service reports and suggest technical feedback and improvements based on field observations. Adherence to company rules and regulations is crucial, as well as carrying out the job as per team leader instructions to ensure customer satisfaction.
