Should Perform on-site troubleshooting, service and repairsThe candidate shall be Diploma in ECE / EEE/CS/E&I.Basic technical knowledge and logical thinking.Should have knowledge in Audio & Video, Home Theater Projectors & Speakers.Good Communication skills and technical knowledgeRegular reports to reporting manager w.r.t activities doneMaintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.Good positive attitude and basic business etiquette.Understand customers problem and to offer solutions at the right time discussing with co-workers.Meeting our existing customers to explain about our other solutions and to identify / create new requirementInterest to learn about new products / technology / solutions.
