key responsibilities
deliver exceptional customer assistance in english and dutch for l1 support
provide end-to-end resolution for customer issues
document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in crm
troubleshoot and resolve queries with professionalism and efficiency
collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions and customer satisfaction
required skills
excellent communication skills in english and dutch (top-notch fluency)
no mother tongue influence (mti) or regional tongue influence (rti)
strong grammar and pronunciation in both languages
technical background with customer service mindset
problem-solving and analytical thinking ability
willingness to work in rotational shifts
