*Position - Assistant Manager* *Location - Delhi - Dwarka/ Mumbai - Malad West* *Role - Customer Service & Sales* *Job Responsibility:* Oversee the team managing daily customer service operations to ensure that customer inquiries, complaints, and issues are handled promptly and professionally. Lead and train customer service representatives, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to effectively assist customers. Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction surveys, using the data to improve service quality. Resolve escalated customer issues or complaints, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction. Create strategies to improve the overall customer experience. *Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 01- 4 years of experience in sales and customer service management. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. In-depth understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and customer service strategies. Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
