Customer Support - Brand Protection Analyst

As a Brand Protection Analyst at our company, your role is crucial in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our users. Your responsibilities include: - Reviewing product listings, images, and videos to identify potential intellectual property infringement or violations according to portal policies. - Handling escalations on brand product listings to reduce legal risks. - Proactively checking the portal for infringing, unauthorized, and counterfeit product listings using various keywords and SOP. - Ensuring authentic products are easily searchable by approving them with correct brand and category tags. - Confirming product authorization by matching product, brand name, and brand authorization with the approved list. - Taking down non-compliant products from the portal to create a safer shopping environment for users. - Monitoring merchant uploaded content for intellectual property violations and collaborating with fraud and content moderation teams to mitigate fraudulent activities. - Maintaining content quality and integrity through regular audits and feedback for improvement. - Swiftly addressing harmful or inappropriate content to ensure a safe and positive user experience. - Adhering to SLAs as per company policies. Qualifications required for this role: - Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (B.Sc./BCA/B.Tech/BBA). - Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of prior experience as a Brand Analyst, especially in an e-commerce company. - Excellent knowledge of global brands in various industries. - Familiarity with brand management systems and moderation tools. - Good understanding of global content policies and regulations. Skills required: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in MS-Excel and Outlook. - Ability to handle sensitive content maturely. - Capability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. - Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making. - Self-discipline, energy, and dedication towards work. - Proficiency in mentoring and training new team members. - Good knowledge of current affairs and interest in reading. - Enthusiasm for movies, sports, comic characters, and major sporting leagues. - Proficiency in internet surfing.,
