Customer support- blended process

As a Customer Support Executive (Blended Process) located in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, you will be responsible for providing inbound customer service in a BPO environment. A minimum of 6 months of experience in this field is required, along with a graduation qualification. Your work schedule will consist of 5 days per week with 2 rotational days off, and there are no night shifts involved. The shift window is from 8 AM to 8 PM, with any 9-hour shift within this period. Your key responsibilities will include handling basic customer queries, demonstrating excellent communication, interpersonal, and comprehension skills, as well as possessing basic computer knowledge. Additionally, you will be expected to deliver information about the company's offerings. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule may involve day shifts, morning shifts, or rotational shifts. There are performance bonuses and yearly bonuses provided as well.
