Working Days - 5Days
Working Timings - Any 9 hours between 7 am - 8:30 pm
Skills & Experience Needed -
- Excellent communication
- Basic knowledge of insurance or financial products.
- Good Typing Speed
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
Responsibilities -
- Efficiently & proficiently handle the incoming calls and provide responses related to customers queries.
- Assist the customers by scheduling their appointments with relationship manager.
