Role Overview: As a Customer Support Representative at Teleperformance, you will be responsible for providing assistance to customers through various communication channels. Your primary role will involve addressing customer queries and concerns to ensure a satisfactory resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer support experience Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Prior experience in a BPO or customer service role is preferred - Ability to handle stressful situations with empathy and patience - Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software - Flexibility to work in night shifts or UK shifts and avail cab facility Additional Details: Teleperformance offers competitive salaries based on experience levels, with added incentives and bonuses for both freshers and experienced candidates.
