Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for a leading electric mobility solutions company. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, addressing customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer calls related to services, products, and support queries.
Resolve customer issues while maintaining polite and professional communication.
Provide accurate information in English and Hindi.
Document and update customer interactions in the system.
Escalate issues to the relevant teams when required.
Follow quality, compliance, and performance guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
Fluency in English & Hindi is mandatory
Versant Score Requirement: Level 46 (Voice)
Good listening skills and the ability to handle customer conversations patiently
Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Office, CRM tools preferred)

Work Schedule

6 days working per week
Rotational weekly off (No fixed off)
Shift Timings:

Male: Rotational shifts (24/7)
Female: Work between 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM window
