Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive at LEI Register India, you will be a crucial part of our team providing support to our corporate clients. With a minimum of 1 year of experience in BPO and a graduation degree, you will utilize your good communication skills and basic computer knowledge to effectively assist clients in English and Hindi languages. Your responsibilities will include handling customer support queries via email and phone calls. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing LEI applications by conducting due diligence and verifying documents accurately and efficiently. This role requires full-time commitment and will be based on a day shift schedule.
