We are looking for FRESHERS candidates for E-commerce customer support voice process job. ( Hiring location Bhubaneswar ) If you are pursuing your education or taken any distance education course then we cannot hire you . Handle calls from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to their queries. Giving a resolution to the customers or clients should be the whole and sole responsibility. The executive will be only single point contact for customers so the below skills are a must; Location- Tech Mahindra – Tech Mahindra , Plot No-S1 , Infront of Lemon Tree Hotel ,Maitree Vihar, CS Pur, Bhubaneswar -751023 Empathy towards the customer Problem Solving Skills Excellent Communication - Minimum Edu – 10+2 / Diploma – Education should be of complete. -Rotational shift(should be comfortable with night shift) will be there. -Good Communication Skills with English and Hindi -> Compulsory Only one side cab given for night shift Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹12,500.00 to 13,200(Fresher) per month Experienced in customer support can except a different salary Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Volunteer Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹13,200.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Night shift Rotational shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Shift allowance Work Location: In person
