As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: - Answering incoming calls and addressing customer queries promptly and courteously. - Conducting outbound calls to gather feedback and perform verifications. - Efficiently resolving customer issues, escalating complex problems to relevant departments when necessary. - Recording customer interactions accurately using CRM tools. - Achieving individual and team KPIs such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and quality benchmarks. - Keeping yourself updated on company products, services, and policies. - Adhering to call center scripts, compliance standards, and internal guidelines.
