Customer Support Associate

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries through a blended process involving both chat and voice interactions. This role is open to both freshers and experienced individuals who have completed their 12th standard education. The job is based in Bhopal with an age limit of 18 to 35 years. During the initial training period of 30 days, you will receive a stipend of 10k. Following the training, freshers can expect a monthly salary of 13k along with a performance allowance of 1k. Experienced candidates, on the other hand, will receive a monthly salary of 14k along with the same performance allowance. The work schedule includes a rotational week off as determined by the Team Leader. The interview process consists of 2 rounds - an HR round and an operational round. For the Chat Process, a minimum of 6 months of experience is required along with a graduation degree. The job location remains in Bhopal with the same age limit of 18 to 35 years. The training stipend for this process is 7.5k for 30 days, with training usually lasting for 21 days. Upon completion of training, employees in this process will receive a monthly salary of 16k along with a performance allowance of 1k. Proficiency in English is a must for this role.
