Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive KYC / EDD / CDD / Transaction Monitoring Analyst to join our team. The role involves conducting due diligence on customers, performing enhanced reviews, and analysing transactions for suspicious activity in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct end-to-end onboarding and periodic review of retail and corporate clients

Verify customer identity and documentation as per KYC standards

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in KYC systems

Perform deeper risk assessment on high-risk clients, including PEPs, NGOs, and cross-border entities

Analyse source of funds/wealth, ownership structure, and adverse media

Prepare and maintain detailed EDD reports and risk rating justifications

Work closely with compliance for approval of high-risk clients

Monitor daily transactions to identify suspicious patterns and potential money laundering activities

Use rules-based and risk-based systems to flag anomalies

Investigate alerts, document findings, and escalate cases as required

File Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) in coordination with compliance, if applicable

Preferred Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in KYC/EDD/TM within banking, NBFC, fintech, or consulting firm

Experience in preparing EDD reports

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of AML/KYC laws and regulations
• Great communication skills
• Hands-on experience with KYC and transaction monitoring systems

- Work Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore

- Shifts: US Shift ( 5 days work & 2 days rotational week off)

- Salary : 5.5-7.5 LPA
