Job Description

The job role includes answering inbound calls and assisting customers with their queries, requests, and complaints. You will be responsible for raising requests and complaints on behalf of the customer in the CRM tool, generating leads, and educating customers about new products and their benefits. It is essential to maintain and adhere to compliance guidelines, capture problem indicators, highlight areas for improvement, and meet monthly scorecard parameters such as quality, efficiency, and accuracy. You should also maintain adequate knowledge levels on products, processes, and systems used, and ensure that sales targets are met. The skills required for this role include excellent verbal communication skills, the ability to comprehend, capture, and interpret basic customer information, a strong focus on customer service, and knowledge of banking/credit cards preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates.
