Customer Success & Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation for OEMs and large dealer networks.
• Understand customer requirements and configure the product to fit their processes.
• Act as a consultant to improve audit and compliance workflows.
• Drive product adoption, usage, and measurable ROI.
• Manage executive relationships with key automotive customers.
• Identify expansion opportunities and secure renewals.
• Support sales cycles with operational expertise and solutioning.
• Build and manage regional partnerships to fuel growth.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering using field insights.
  

Requirements

• 3-5 years of automotive experience.
• (Field / Area / Territory roles strongly preferred).
• Understanding of after-sales operations, KPIs, and dealership audits.
• Audit knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Smart, resourceful, and able to influence decision-makers.
• Tech-savvy with a strong ability to map product capabilities to needs.
• High sense of ownership bias for action and responsibility.
• Ready to shift career direction into SaaS and scale fast.
