Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and communicative intern to join our Customer Relations team as a Customer Experience & Feedback Intern. In this role, you will connect with customers to gather valuable feedback, maintain accurate data, and help shape meaningful improvements in our service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound feedback and review calls with customers.
  • Record and organize customer feedback systematically.
  • Analyze feedback to identify recurring issues and improvement areas.
  • Prepare reports and summaries highlighting customer satisfaction trends.
  • Ensure empathy, professionalism, and a positive tone in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest or background in customer service or communication roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining records.
  • Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹14,515.00 per month
