Customer Success Associate

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Customer Success Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and advising them on suitable Health, Motor, and Life insurance products. This is an outbound voice process requiring strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

-- Reach out to potential customers via outbound calls

-- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored insurance solutions

-- Clearly communicate product benefits, features, and pricing

-- Build trust and rapport with clients to ensure a positive customer experience

-- Meet and exceed assigned sales and service targets

-- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems

-- Stay updated with insurance products, industry regulations, and company offerings

Required Skillset:

-- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi

-- Neutral accent with no MTI/RTI

-- Strong command over grammar and pronunciation

-- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach

-- Sales acumen, especially in insurance-related roles, is an advantage

Qualifications:

-- Graduate / UG from any discipline

-- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates

-- Prior insurance, sales, or customer service experience preferred

Salary:

-- Freshers: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 CTC

-- Experienced candidates: Up to ₹31,000 CTC
