Role Overview: As a Customer Success Associate in the international support process, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical and customer support to clients. Your role will involve resolving customer queries, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions, documenting interactions, and maintaining quality standards throughout the issue resolution process.
