Customer Success Associate Insurance Voice Process

As an Insurance Sales Executive, your role involves engaging potential customers through outbound calls to understand their insurance needs and advising on suitable health, motor, and life insurance products. You will be responsible for achieving daily targets while maintaining compliance and service quality. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with potential customers through outbound calls to understand their insurance needs - Advise on suitable health, motor, and life insurance products - Achieve daily targets while maintaining compliance and service quality Qualification Required: - Graduate in any field - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi with no MTI/RTI, grammatical, or pronunciation errors - Additional knowledge of regional languages (Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Assamese, Odia, Bengali, Gujarati) is a plus - Freshers and experienced candidates welcome - Prior insurance or sales experience preferred - Flexible to work in rotational shifts (day shift for female employees up to 8 PM; rotational shifts for male employees) - 6-day workweek In this role, you can expect a competitive salary and performance-based incentives, along with the opportunity to work with global clients and fast-growing teams.
