Customer Success Associate Insurance Sales

As a Customer Success Associate in the Insurance Sales Team (Motor Insurance, Life Insurance & Health Insurance) at our company, you will be responsible for the following: - Engaging with customers to ensure their needs are met and providing assistance with insurance sales for motor, life, and health insurance products. - Building strong relationships with customers through effective communication and sales skills. - Conducting outbound calls for insurance tele sales and achieving sales targets. - Collaborating with the team to deliver top-notch customer service and achieve performance-based incentives. - Working in rotational shifts, with day shifts available for female employees till 8 PM, and having a 6-day working week. To qualify for this role, you need to meet the following criteria: - Hold a graduate degree in any stream. - Be fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory), with knowledge of additional languages like Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada being preferred. - Possess strong communication and sales skills. - Be comfortable with outbound calling and insurance tele sales.
