Customer services Executive

In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, chat, or social media. You will handle complaints, offer appropriate solutions, and ensure follow-up to guarantee resolution. Troubleshooting customer problems efficiently and escalating complex issues to senior staff or technical teams when necessary are also part of your key responsibilities. It is essential to maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services and guide customers through product usage or troubleshooting. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred). - Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. - Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. - Prior experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage. - Both Freshers and Experienced can Apply.
