Job Description

As a Customer Service Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will be aligned with the Customer Support vertical to manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations and complaints, and provide the best solutions. Your responsibilities will include closing faults and complaints within SLAs while maintaining a high level of communication and knowledge on customer support metrics. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems - Interact with peers within Accenture and occasionally with clients and/or Accenture management - Work autonomously with minimal guidance on daily tasks and moderate instruction on new assignments - Make decisions that impact your own work and potentially the work of others - Act as an individual contributor or oversee a small work effort and/or team **What are we looking for ** - Ability to establish strong client relationships - Skill in handling disputes - Capability to manage multiple stakeholders - Capacity to meet deadlines - Competence to perform under pressure **Qualifications:** - Any Graduation Please note that this role may involve working in rotational shifts.
