Customer Service Representative

We are hiring Customer Support Executives. This role involves interacting with customers over the phone, understanding their concerns, and providing accurate information in a professional manner.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Undergraduates and Graduates are eligible to apply
• Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills preferred
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via phone calls
• Maintain accurate call records and update internal systems
• Ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up when necessary
• Adhere to quality and compliance standards

Additional Details:

• Work Mode: Office-based
• Working Days: 6 days a week | 1 weekly off
• Training will be provided after selection
