As a Level 2 Escalation Desk Support, you will be responsible for providing efficient support and resolution to customer issues. Your primary focus will be on handling escalated concerns effectively and ensuring customer satisfaction. Based in Indore, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from 27,000 CTC to 30,000 CTC. To excel in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in Voice Process or Customer Handling. Additionally, a minimum qualification of 12th Pass & Above is required for eligibility. You will be working full-time, with a work schedule of 5 days a week on rotational shifts, predominantly day shifts. Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory as you will be interacting with customers in these languages. The work location is on-site, requiring in-person presence.
