Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Sector V, Kolkata (Work from Office Only)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST (EST Hours)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound calls and assist clients with scheduling service appointments. Full training on our internal software will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound phone calls promptly and professionally
• Assist clients in scheduling appointments for our services
• Enter appointment details accurately in the scheduling system
• Communicate clearly and helpfully with callers
• Follow standard procedures and scripts when necessary

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English communication skills (Fluency is a must)
• Must be a graduate
• Previous experience in customer service is required
• Experience in Medical Billing or Scheduling is a plus
• Comfortable working the night shift (5:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST)
• Basic computer proficiency (training will be provided)
• Must be available to join within 1 day of selection
• Gender Preference- Females(Only)
