We are looking Female Customer Support Executive for Kandivali West, Mumbai.

Skills & Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience working as a Customer Support Executive or a similar position in the Customer Service department.

· Handle customer inquiries via email and call, giving prompt answers to customer questions.

· Provide knowledgeable help to customers and go the extra mile in providing the correct details to customer queries.

· Adhere to Service Level Agreement (SLA) deadlines in resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
