Handle all customer communication via email and phone professionally
Prepare and send quotations in coordination with the sales team
Release and track sales orders using internal systems
Provide timely updates to customers about their order status
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

1+ year of experience preferred
Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Well-organized, proactive, and customer-focused
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is a plus
