Customer Service Representative Job Description

Rahbar Fashion Private Limited (Brand Name Dulhe Sahab) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! Dulhe Sahab is a popular men's ethnic and formal wear brand located at Shop No.- 172-173, Rishabh Trade Center, Pulgaon Market, Kolhapuri, Durg, Chhattisgarh, 491001 India.

1. Key Responsibilities –

· Greet Customers warmly, address their inquiries and assist their needs within the store.

· Guide customers to relevant section of the store and assist them with product selection.

· Efficiently operate registers, manage transactions and handle the check-In & check-out of customer.

· Help them with room operation, for a seamless try-on experience.

· Promote ongoing offers, discount, and loyalty programs to customers

· Upsell and cross-sell products, including accessories and complementary items.

· Collect & record customer feedback to help improve service quality and product offerings.

· Provide insights into recurring issues or product requests.

· Ensure a clean, organized and customer-friendly environment in the store.

· Escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor or manage when necessary.

2. Skills & Qualifications –

· Proven customer service skills with a friendly and engaging personality.

· Strong organizational and professionalism skills, able to multitask effectively.

· Excellent communication skills both verbal & written.

· Must have problem solving skills.

· Must handle customer complaints or concerns regarding product, pricing & services patiently.

· Product knowledge and information regarding similar products would be an advantage.

· Strong ability to multi-task and pay attention to details.

· Equivalent customer service experience in the garment industry is a strong plus.

3. Education & Skills Required -

· High School diploma or equivalent; further training in customer service or retail management would be an advantage.

· Minimum work experience of year in Customer Service would be an advantage, freshers are also welcomed.

· Knowledge of computers (at least basic) for working smoothly.

· Familiar with digital tools use in retails would be an advantage

4. Other Information

· Job Type – Permanent

· Location – Rajnandgaon

· Pay- 10k-15k
