Customer Service Representative (BPO)-Noida

Job Responsibility:

• Make 200+ outbound cold calls daily to prospective clients

• Clearly communicate our value proposition and generate leads

• Maintain a high level of productivity and quality in conversations

• Track and manage calls using CRM tools

• Work closely with the sales team to meet targets and goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills (both English & Hindi preferred)

• Proven experience in high-volume cold calling (B2C/B2B – any industry welcome)

• Resilience, energy, and a results-driven attitude

• Ability to handle rejection
