We assist both domestic and international beauty brands in launching products globally by ensuring safety, compliance, and smooth documentation processes. Currently, we are expanding in India and we are looking for a confident communicator and an organised professional to be our voice and support for clients

What You Will Do

• Manage customer communication via phone, email, WhatsApp and video calls
• Maintain Excel & CRM trackers, follow-ups and reporting to incoming queries as well as current clients
• Coordinate with internal global teams for project completion
• Support new client onboarding and provide ongoing guidance
• Travel occasionally alone and with management for client visits, audits, exhibitions and meetings
• Represent us with professionalism and ownership with clear communication
• Create and help manage social events representing us at the highest standard

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in English & Hindi (other Indian & International languages are a plus!)
• Experience in customer support/client servicing/coordination
• Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets and documentation
• Confident speaking on the phone and interacting with stakeholders
• Self-driven, reliable, fast, organised and detail-oriented
• Comfortable travelling when required

Bonus if you’ve worked in beauty, pharma or service consulting — but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
