Join us as a Customer Service & Operations Cash Management Analyst
In this role, you’ll assist with the delivery of successful customer and business outcomes, by processing, authorising and investigating all transactions to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), collecting the required information from customers or businesses.
We’ll look to you to review manual or ineffective processes which could be automated or enhanced to improve customer and business experience.
