Job Description

Role - Customer Service Officer

 

Location Thrissur, Kolam, Kochi

 

Experience - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk activities including account opening, deposits, withdrawals, cheque clearing, and remittance services.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines in all customer interactions.
  • Promote and cross-sell banking products (CASA, fixed deposits, loans, insurance, etc.) to walk-in customers.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Support branch operations team in achieving service quality benchmarks.
  • Handle cash transactions (if applicable) while ensuring accuracy and adherence to branch limits.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the Branch Manager/Operations Manager for quick resolution.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain cordial relationships with customers.
