Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for working as an interpreter and providing quality customer service to clients in Japanese. Your role will involve clear communication with clients, follow-up on client inquiries and feedback, and supporting the business development/sales/operations team as needed. Additionally, you must have cleared N2/N3 level and be able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining good interpersonal relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Work as an interpreter for client communications in Japanese - Follow up with clients and relevant departments - Provide quality customer service on all calls - Communicate clearly and effectively with clients - Regularly interact with key clients to gather feedback - Manage relationships with existing clients - Respond to and follow up on inquiries and issues using appropriate methods - Support the BD/Sales/Operation team with Japanese language tasks Qualifications Required: - Must have cleared N2/N3 level - Good interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships - Pleasing personality with good verbal and written communication skills (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description),
