Customer Service Officer - Banking

As an experienced candidate with 6 months to 3 years of Operation and BFSI Sales experience, your role overview will involve sourcing Loan clients, maintaining strict credit discipline, monitoring the Loan portfolio, ensuring compliance with policies, accurate record keeping, understanding customer needs, and completing loan contracts. Additionally, you may be assigned other tasks from time to time. Key Responsibilities: - Source Loan clients in line with the business plan and target - Maintain strict credit discipline and ensure zero default in recovery - Monitor the Loan portfolio by conducting loan utilization checks and regular monitoring visits - Ensure compliance with policies, procedures & practices and contribute to their improvement - Maintain accurate and timely record keeping and reporting - Understand customer needs, respond to customer queries & issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Complete loan contracts by explaining provisions to applicant, obtaining signature and notarization, and collecting fees - Perform any other tasks assigned to you from time to time Qualification Required: - Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline - Age Limit: Up to 30 years - Possession of a Driving License and Vehicle is mandatory - Source candidates from nearby locations Please note that the job type is Full-time with a Day shift schedule.
